Analytics
Track learning activity, progress signals, and app usage trends across your allowed student scope.
Analytics visibility follows role hierarchy and approved relationships. Data is not shared with third parties.
What analytics includes
- Page views and time-on-app trends for recent activity windows.
- Reward analytics panels for XP by source, XP trend by day, and game reward XP by game.
- Top pages used in your current analytics scope.
- Progress trend signals (completed assessments and average score).
- Action activity by type (for example class views, message replies, and assessment result updates).
- Recent actions feed with actor, student context, and event details.
Who can see student activity
- Superadmin/Admin: Broad cross-school student scope.
- School leadership: Principal, co-principal, and school roles are scoped to students in their school.
- Educators: Teacher and tutor roles are scoped to assigned students.
- Parents/family: Scoped by approved parent-student links and visibility permissions.
- Students: Self activity only.
Where to find it
- Navigation: Open Analytics from the authenticated navigation menu/sidebar.
- Admin scope: Admins/superadmins now have an "All" option in the student dropdown and it is selected by default to show combined student analytics.
- Filtering: Users with broader access can select a student to refine analytics scope.
- Layout: On larger screens, charts are arranged in a three-column grid for easier side-by-side comparison.
