What’s New (changelog)

Entries are shown from user-facing changelog items without timezone-gated hiding.
Users can quickly see recent releases, fixes, and feature additions.
Admins can manage changelog entries in the admin area.
Optional email: users can opt in under Profile → Notification preferences to receive a digest of new What's new items after deploys (verified email required). SMS for the same is planned as a future option.

Roadmap visibility for logged-in users with status markers (next, in development, planned, and research).
In-app management for superadmin through admin controls.
Config and database sync support for reliable deployment updates.

Commerce roadmap now includes live Shop rails (XP, PayPal/Venmo, AVAX/USDC) plus superadmin AVAX monitor controls with minute-level scanning and deterministic matching.
Teacher-owned courses with school adoption model are now in development, including class origin controls.
Gamified learning rewards and engagement systems.
Games expansion roadmap: Phase 1 is now in progress with Checkers solo kickoff (after Connect Four), including difficulty tiers, saved setup preference, one-hint-per-turn cooldown, and school-configurable hint penalty modes (Off/Reduced/None). Next phases include memory and math expansions, then chess and reading games, plus Reveal grid-deduction game.

Internationalization and multilingual platform support.
