Exercises
Exercises are practice areas for wellness and learning. They appear in the sidebar and user menu under Exercises for every signed-in user. Students can earn Reward XP for practice when your school has rewards enabled.
Where to find it
- Sidebar and user menu: open Exercises, then choose Eye Exercises or Math Exercises.

Your exercise preferences
On Profile → Exercise practice, choose how math questions advance after each answer: wait 3 seconds, move on immediately, or only when you tap Next. Reduced-motion system settings still skip the wait when a delay is enabled.
While answering, Check stays disabled until you enter something in the answer box. If you enter a value that is not a whole number, the message clears when you fix your answer or when the next question appears.
School #1 celebrations
When a student finishes an exercise and becomes #1 for that specific test at their school (best score for math, fastest time for eye exercises), everyone at that school sees a congratulatory toast with confetti while they are signed in.
Progress for families and schools
Each completed Eye or math exercise session is logged with duration and skill score (percent correct for math). Standard levels are 1–12; after mastering them, Advanced (13–24), double digits (10–99), and triple digits (100–999) unlock. When a student finishes all 12 standard levels in Times Tables, Addition, Subtraction, or Division, caregivers and school staff who already have access to that student are notified with final grades across all four areas. Students see their own history under My things → Exercise progress. Parents (with results access), teachers, tutors, principals, and co-principals can open the same page and choose a student they are allowed to view.
